How Can We Help Our Employees?

At Orange Genie Umbrella we want you to feel able to contact us whenever you have a question, which is why we offer unlimited telephone and email support at no extra cost through our friendly and knowledgeable Contractor Support team.

If you need to contact us please email or give us a call on 01296 489242.

We’re available from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. On Wednesdays and Thursdays we’re open until 7pm in case you need to contact us after you finish work.

What should you expect from us?

We believe in the personal touch and it’s extremely important to us that your employment with Orange Genie Umbrella is as rewarding and hassle free as possible. With this in mind, your dedicated Contractor Relationship Manager will contact you once you’ve joined us to welcome you aboard and answer any questions you might have. They’ll call you again once you’ve been paid to make sure you understand your payslip and from then on they’ll be your dedicated point of contact. If you ever have a query, your Contractor Relationship Manager will already know you and understand your needs.

First class customer service

Our Contractor Support Team build strong relationships with all of our employees and are always on hand when you need them. If you need guidance or have a question about the portal, your expenses, your payslip or any aspect of your employment, they’d love to hear from you.

Contractor Support’s most important role is to make sure you are happy and don’t have any worries, and we are justifiably proud of the job they do. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, they’ll make it their top priority and do everything they can to resolve it for you.

We really are listening

For many companies, gathering feedback is a PR exercise, or something they do because they feel they should but at Orange Genie Umbrella, it’s right at the heart of the way we do things. We constantly review and update the way we work in the light of feedback received from our employees, and we want to know all about your experience so we can do even better next time. After you’ve spoken to us we’ll often ask you to let us know how we did but don’t worry, we’ve made this as easy as possible too and it will only take a moment of your time.
