The win a car (‘Incentive Scheme’) is open to OrangeGenie approved applications in the UK and only those who have agreed to participate in the Incentive Scheme and who have agreed to performance related points for the duration of the Incentive Scheme.
All participants in this promotion MUST have the full permission from their employers to do so, if in anyway rewards are not expressly agreed to by their employer, form part of their contract or agreed to through a staff handbook then you MUST not take part and inform OrangeGenie Cover Ltd of you withdrawal.
Attempts are an alternative too, not in addition too any other reward, vouchers, reward points or cash offered.
This Incentive Scheme runs initially from 01.06.2010 up to and including 30.07.2010
These terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply to the participation in the incentive Scheme by all participants from and including 01.06.2010. The Incentive Scheme will give each approved referred 5 attempts to spot the ball. Attempts will be allocated at OrangeGenie Cover Ltd’s discretion.
OrangeGenie Cover Ltd will issue a promotion code; this may only be used on the monthly super car draw http://www.botb.com/ourcompetitions.aspx
Each month attempts will be awarded to each participant based on their qualified and claimed referrals.
Orange Genie will aim to credit these attempts as soon as possible once the full sign up process has been completed (A6 status on our system). Points will only be awarded for contractors who have fully completed our sign up process, an agency contract is in place for a minimum of 3 month and at payroll stage on our system. Points will need to be claimed through the claim form.
The number of attempts offered are wholly at the discretion of OrangeGenie Cover Ltd and are not at any guaranteed level.
OrangeGenie Cover Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this Incentive Scheme at any time without notice; any un-redeemed points must be claimed within 30 days of notice of such action.
In the unlikely event of any dispute, the decision of OrangeGenie Cover Ltd shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
OrangeGenie Cover Ltd cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this Incentive Scheme agree that OrangeGenie Cover Ltd will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this Incentive Scheme. Nothing in this clause shall limit OrangeGenie Cover Ltd liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
OrangeGenie reserve the right to cancel this promotion at anytime.
