Service Levels

Our Service Levels form part of our commitment to provide an outstanding professional service to our Freelance Contractors and is complemented by our Quality Policy, Controlled ISO 9001 Procedures, Privacy Policy, and Contract of Employment.  Together these policies and procedures are designed to ensure you receive a consistently high quality service whilst your privacy, security and best interests are protected.

We agree to abide by the terms of this SLA in order to provide continuous and consistent service as set down in our Service Level Agreement.

Office Hours, & Availability
  • OrangeGenie offices will be open Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 18.30 every week through the year excluding Bank Holidays.
Data Security
  • We take the privacy of your information very seriously. We publish a separate Privacy Statement which sets out our information collection and use practices. We are registered under the Data Protection Act.
Processing Your Data
  • Our mission is to ensure that you are paid on-time, the correct amount, with maximum tax efficiency, and with the minimum delay. In order to achieve our mission we have strict procedures in place, and we need your co-operation to hit these targets.
