Umbrella Company Payment Options
At OrangeGenie we have tried to make the process for you getting paid as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Your timesheet is probably the most important document in the whole OrangeGenie experience, without this we do not have all the information necessary to invoice your agency and get you paid! We will agree the method of submission with you and invoice the agency/client on the same day.
Your pay frequency will be agreed between you and the agency/client. Normally this will be weekly or monthly.
As soon as we receive cleared funds from your agency/client we will process your pay and transmit your salary to your bank on the same day. We will email your payslip to you at the same time.

BACs
Our normal method of payment of your salary is by BACs transfer. Funds will clear into your account within 3 working days.
CHAPs
If
you need the funds sooner you can request we pay you by CHAPs transfer
and funds will be cleared into your account on the same day we receive
them.
Advances
You can request an advance at any time.
