How it Works
How It Works
Registration takes a few minutes, either complete the online application form, or telephone our registrations team.
You sign and return the offer letter and provide us with your P45 or P46, and we provide you with access to your personal portal where you can enter and track your transactions 24/7 and communicate with us.
We send you an offer letter and contract of employment. We also contact your agency/client and enter into a contract for your services.
We will contact you and check that you understand how we work to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your time with us.
You become an employee of OrangeGenie!
- We provide you with full employment rights through an overarching contract of employment.
- You are covered by our group insurance policies for Employer and Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance (Please note there are some exceptions).
- The expectation is that you will remain an employee of OrangeGenie and work on successive assignments with us.
Up and Running
- Input your Timesheet, Chargeable Expense Claim and Business Expenses on your personal portal
- Submit supporting documents, if required
- OrangeGenie will invoice your Agency/Client
- OrangeGenie will receive cleared funds from Agency/Client
- On receipt of funds OrangeGenie will process your salary and send the money same day by BACS
- Your payslip will be emailed to you and stored in your personal portal
