Umbrella company contractors have mobile communications 'integrated' into their lives
Posted by Daniel Frost
Umbrella company contractors are finding that mobile communications are becoming more and more integrated into their culture and daily lives, according to an expert.
Zara Rabinowicz, a technology expert, stated that the fact that the UK tops the polls in terms of using mobile technology demonstrates the extent that this form of communication is playing a role in society.
"The rise of the application market ensures seamless delivery of content to the source. Maps and shopping are both good examples of how the user journey - both physically and online – can be enhanced. Low mobile tariffs aid this, as it allows a greater number of people to enjoy mobile web access," she added.
Ms Rabinowicz went on to say that this type of interconnectivity feeds into other avenues, including location-based gaming and tracking.
Her words came after the International Data Corporation found that mobile computing, on a variety of devices, is going to explode next year.
