IT company umbrella contractors 'set to feel boom period'

The number of IT jobs is expected to increase by 5.1 per cent a year between now and 2015, those with umbrella companies with skills in this sector may be pleased to hear.
A new report by V3.co.uk found this promising statistic, with IT Contractor noting that such an increase will result in a compound interest rise of 28.4 per cent over that time.
The news source also noted that with an estimated one million people currently working in IT, including company umbrella companies, this could work out to an extra 284,000 jobs in the sector in the next five years.
Meanwhile, V3.co.uk has also noted on the skills and roles which will likely be most in demand during this boom period.
Included are those with knowledge about project management, network administration and database design.
