Umbrella Services
Employee Support Account Manager
We are looking for an outgoing, customer focused individual to work in our employee support team. You will be trained to understand how our umbrella service operates, including the legislative environment in which we work. You will be expected to listen, analyse, take ownership and resolve contractors' queries.
In providing support services to contractors, you will welcome them to the company, explain how the company operates, introduce them to our systems and procedures and ensure they get the maximum benefit out of their employment with the company.
You will be expected to provide pro-active advice, anticipating problems and resolving them before they occur.
You will be working with a friendly and supportive team who continually exceed our sevice levels and truly provide service with a smile!

Client Accountant
We are seeking to fill a number of positions in our client accounting team. Ideally we are looking for qualified (or part qualified) accountants who have experience in providing accounting and business support services to freelance contractors who wish to provide services through their own limited company.
However experience isn’t everything, we place importance on recruiting the right people, people with a positive can-do attitude, people who are focused on providing exceptional customer service, people who want to advance their careers and people who want share in the rewards of success.
If you are interested in joining our exciting new team, your duties will include:
Managing the new client induction process to ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
Managing the day-to-day business and accounting support needs of a portfolio of clients in order to achieve agreed service levels and customer satisfaction targets.
Providing pro-active advice and guidance to each client through the continuous monitoring and measuring of their business performance.
Undertaking continuous professional development training in order to have a working knowledge of all relevant legislation (current and proposed), technical guidance and compliance issues.
Pro-actively contributing to the continuous improvement of Orange Genie’s service levels and business performance
