The Board of Genie Management Group is delighted to confirm that Damon Cochrane has been promoted to become General Manager of its umbrella operations.

The most rewarding job in corporate management is to promote an internal candidate to a senior position. Damon Cochrane joined the group as Help Desk team leader and was quickly promoted to the role of Contractor Services Manager. 

Managing Director Graham Fisher said "Damon has transformed our customer service operation and improved our contractor satisfaction levels, he has shown a fantastic ability to manage, train and develop his team and it was a pretty easy decision to put him in charge of the whole operation. The group is growing and it is vital that we consolidate and underpin our position with a strong management team. Damon has shown that he understands my obsession with the continuous improvement of our people and our systems."
