In February 2010 OrangeGenie was delighted to be recognised as an Investor in People. The award was great, but our focus was on adopting the culture and commitment across the company to train and develop staff to maximise their potential. With great staff comes more ambition and great customer service.
Quality Management System
In September 2009 OrangeGenie was delighted to have its management systems certified to ISO9001:2008 to UKAS accredited standards. Adopting this culture has enabled us to provide a consistently high quality of service, a drive to continuously improve our service driven by a genuine focus on customer feedback.
Use of Technology
OrangeGenie continues to invest in the development and use of technology. Our focus is on providing a robust scalable technology platform, a single database, a reduction in keystrokes, and real time management information. We use technology to eliminate errors, reduce processing time, and provide contractors with real time information. The recording of telephone calls enables us to train staff and improve our customer experience.
Health and Safety
In August 2010 OrangeGenie was delighted to have its health and safety management systems certified to OHSAS18001:2007 to UKAS accredited standards. OrangeGenie places priority on its responsibilities to ensure all staff, including those on assignments, has training and is made aware of any risks and hazards they may face.
Legislative Compliance
OrangeGenie has a long term commitment to the freelance contracting market, complying with legislation (company, employment, taxation, recruitment, discrimination, and others!). We have appointed an independent company to audit our compliance annually. We are delighted that Professional Passport has passed our compliance each year since 2009.
